How can I use the purchased hours ?
The purchased hours can be used for the installation or configuration of websites on your web servers, for a support request or for the development of specific features for your site or other customizations.
How does the communication work ?
When you purchase your first hour of support, whatever the purpose, you will receive a link to access our slack channel. This will allow you to communicate directly and privately with someone from our team who will answer your questions. All conversations will be saved and you will be able to share the documents necessary to the progress of your project.
What languages can I use for communication ?
We speak English, Spanish and French. Ask your questions in the language of your choice and we will answer you immediately in the same language.
How do I request a quote ?
To request a quote or an estimate you must purchase at least one hour of support. The first communication with a member of our team will not be discounted from the purchased hour.
Do you use other communication channels ?
No, we don’t use any other communication channels with our customers other than Slack. This is in order to centralize all the requests and to optimize the time on our side as well as on the customers’ side. Also, any shared documents or information will always be available on your account, which will help us to communicate in the best conditions.
We don’t track requests from other communication channels, such as social networks, codecanyon comments, etc.
How many hours for the installation of my site ?
If your request concerns the installation of one of our scripts on your server. You must purchase a minimum of 2 hours of support so that we can install and configure the site for you.
How long does it take to process my request ?
Your request will generally be processed within 48h working days. However, it may take a little longer depending on our workload or some holidays.
The deadlines to perform work or customizations on your sites will be clearly established during the estimation of it according to our availability. Generally from 2 to 5 working days.
Are the purchased hours refundable ?
No, purchased hours are non-refundable. If you are unsure of the number of hours required for your request. Purchase a single hour of support and contact a member of our team for a total cost estimate.
Are there any taxes to add to the displayed price?
No, the prices shown are all taxes included.
